A common fault I see amongst cricketers who practice is that they regularly practice what is easy, whilst this is sometimes necessary it will help you to improve. If you want to play better cricket in your matches etc -- then you need to learn how to push yourself in your practice sessions. As a lesson and rule of thumb I regularly insist on my cricketers practicing the more complicated and harder aspects of the game. Whilst not for all, these are tried and tested lesson tips for you to succeed. The saying is that practice makes perfect -- I tend to disagree. As poor practice makes poor players and Perfect practice makes Cricketers.
